Services Composability Management Working Group goal is to define a Services Composition Management Framework to allow the dynamic composition of services in a NGN environment. Services in this context means a function provided to an entity and dynamic composition means automatic and runtime. The framework should define and standardize how services can be composed following the concepts and principles of SOA and autonomic communications environments.
